WorldEsquire Law Firm LLP represents children with physical, educational,
and/or developmental disabilities and their parents in all aspects of the
special education process.

All school districts are required by law to identify children with disabilities
who may need special education.  Children that qualify for special
education are entitled to “free appropriate public education” (also known
as FAPE) that is designed to meet his or her unique needs at no additional
cost to the parents.  The plan to enable children to receive FAPE is called
the individualized education program, also known as the IEP.  One of the
partners of WorldEsquire Law Firm knows from personal experience how
important the preparation and implementation of the IEP is to the education
and development of a child.

WorldEsquire Law Firm can assist children who need special education in
the following ways:

• Determination of the eligibility of the child for special education;

• Preparation for and attending the IEP meeting;

• Advocacy in the preparation of the IEP;

• If necessary, attending mediation and/or the due process hearing if the
IEP is unacceptable;

• Representation in the review of the IEP;

• Representation in the reevaluation of the IEP; and

• School disciplinary matters.
